Who pays for the CHWs?
Not you.
CHW services are a Medi-Cal benefit, and our billing partner handles the billing. Your organization never pays for or files anything.
What's the catch?
There isn't one.
Compass is free for community organizations. We're funded by optional add-ons and by partners, like food banks, funders and health plans, who want stronger community networks. We never sell your members' data.
Pricing questions
Does the free plan expire?
No. There's no time limit and no cap on members, events or users.
Will free features move to a paid plan later?
No. Everything in the Community plan stays free. Planned add-ons are optional.
When will the paid add-ons be ready?
They're in development now. Founding organizations get early access, and you can tell us on a demo what you need most.
We're a food bank or funder. Can we bring our whole network?
Yes. Every partner site can start on the free plan today. We're also looking for design partners to build Network features with us.
